Silicone Coating & Lamination Machines

The Silicone Coating and Lamination Machine is a high-precision system designed for applying a uniform silicone layer onto various substrates such as paper, film, or foil, followed by lamination with another web if required. The machine generally features an unwinding unit, coating head, drying or curing section, lamination station, and rewinding unit. Silicone coating is applied through an anilox or knife-over-roll system, ensuring a consistent coating weight in the range of 0.3–2 g/m². The coated web passes through a thermal or UV curing oven for quick and efficient curing of the silicone layer. The lamination section bonds two webs under controlled temperature and pressure, producing a smooth and bubble-free composite. The machine operates at speeds up to around 250 m/min with precise tension control, web guiding, and PLC-based automation for accuracy and repeatability. It is widely used in producing release liners, adhesive tapes, labels, and protective films, offering excellent coating uniformity, high production efficiency, and stable performance.
